Goldern_Oldies_Logo.jpg

The script goes...'Are you over 35 years of age and under 85 years of age? Do you still want to enjoy your rugby?'

In that case come and join us on Thursdays at the club at 6:00pm. We want to take a team to the next rugby festival in Portugal and that means we need you to join us. Find out about Golden Oldies on YouTube

For more information contact Ron on gorugby072@gmail.com

Editorial note: If you are over 85 and offended by the blatant ageism displayed by restricting it to under 85's, don't contact us, get your nurse to do it direct!

Norfolk RFU Christmas Carol Service - date for your diary

Just an advanced note for the diary that there will be a Norfolk RFU carol service on Sunday 11th December at St Johns RC Cathedral at 4:00pm. Everyone welcome whatever their religion, denomination (or none) to come together with fellow members of the rugby community in the season of goodwill.
