Norwich RFC have a thriving youth section fielding teams in every age group, and regularly competing in the County Finals in at least one age group every year. With a record number of Colts players progressing into senior rugby, a number of whom made their 1st XV debuts last season, the youth section provides a solid progression route into senior rugby.

Matches take place on Sundays between September and April, with training taking place midweek (please see individual team pages for specific evenings) and on non-match Sundays. We play all of the local Norfolk teams as well as venturing further afield into Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, and Essex.

All teams are coached by RFU qualified coaches who provide a fun environment in which our players develop their skills, game play, and competitive edge.
